It's probably extremely significant, if not profound. I know there's been a lot of speculation about the state of technology, and how far they may have advanced toward having a usable chemical weapon. The fact that they were able to repeat tests or demonstrations on this tape indicates that they clearly have a way to produce a predictably lethal chemical.

Facilities that use toxic chemicals such as styrene must follow our reporting rules so that area residents and emergency response personnel are informed of possible chemical hazards in the local environment.
