Having to admit we were a very large trader, and frankly a good one, would put significant pressure on Enron's stock because the investment community does not put a significant multiple on trading revenues.

It just seems to me that with the stock at $50, the upside is only 109 percent. But if it doesn't happen, then there's significant downside for that stock.

This is a competitive market. When a company selling at this valuation and is this much of a Wall Street darling, and what we call a cult stock, misses earnings to the degree it missed here, the stock is really going to be hurt by it.

Given the significant decline in our stock price over the last few weeks, the company believes that the purchase of its stock represents a very attractive investment.
