Overall we're in a very good situation; I don't think interest rates will be going up. Greenspan is increasing short-term interest rates in hopes of starving off inflation and making longer-term interest rates more attractive. This is still an unbelievable situation. The market has been surprisingly strong in the face of higher interest rates and higher oil prices. If this continues, will the market continue to ignore it? I think not..that's going to bite and that will affect the equity market at some point.
