Our core business has been really strong. That's to say, just our retail stores grew at 6 percent year over year. And again, this was a depressed quarter. We've actually been 7 percent or more in most quarters and we expect it to be that way during the fall period. That's one of the strongest performances in all of retailing. So our core retailing business remains exceptionally strong.

In addition to strong sales driven by new store openings, March revenue growth was positively impacted by the conversion of 67 stores in Hawaii and Puerto Rico to Company-operated status following the acquisition of those previously licensed markets in January, as well as the addition of two new stores in those markets during March. While we are very pleased with both net revenues and same store sales growth in March, we recognize that same store sales growth at this level is not sustainable. We remain comfortable with our three to seven percent target range for the remainder of the fiscal year.

The balanced strength of our business allowed us to deliver top and bottom- line growth for the quarter, even though we faced considerably higher energy and freight costs. Continued strong performance from Jennie-O Turkey Store and significant improvement from the Specialty Foods segment were key drivers behind our solid first-quarter results.

The full impact of any policy must take into consideration the potential freedom of consumers to change their beverage of choice from wine to beer or liquor, or to consume beverages that are cheaper. This is particularly important in western societies where affluent consumers have a lot of freedom to choose. Our results show that it would be much better to increase prices of low-level alcoholic beverages than to increase prices equally across all beverages.

I am very pleased with our first quarter accomplishments, which included strong growth in client activity across many franchises. We are seeing the benefits from our investment spending, which helped generate record revenues in our international businesses and record revenues globally in our corporate and investment banking business. Strength in these franchises more than offset weaker results in our U.S. consumer business.

Q4 of 2005 was a great close to an exceptional year. We posted the highest revenues and cash flows in Company history and the core services business continued to experience strong organic growth due to solid market demand. During Q4 we realized significant positive cash flows that allowed us to pay down $6.3 million of our bank debt. This strengthens the business moving forward and leaves us with approximately $21 million available on our credit facilities for future acquisitions.

I'm pleased with another quarter of strong growth in which our core business revenues increased by 26 percent over last year's second quarter, led by 36 percent growth in analog sales.

There has been, and continues to be, a strong shift of consumer spending away from traditional department stores and specialty stores over to discount stores.

In order to fully realize the growth potential inherent in both the IMAX brand and the business we have built to date, we are evaluating strategic alternatives in order to expand our scale and maximize value for our shareholders. We have recently received several unsolicited inquiries, and believe this preliminary interest shows that there is awareness of the strength and attractive qualities of our business. We think this interest, coupled with our solid fiscal 2005 results and compelling growth opportunities, makes this an ideal time to explore our options.
