The ultimate customer is the flying public, and as long as you have more demand for seats than you do supply of seats, then the production of jetliners is going to go up.

There has been and continues to be a kind of painful process in converting from all these different, multiple databases to a single one, but it's going to be so worth it to have all that information up to date and accessible to everybody. The ultimate goal is 40,800 seats full -- and we want to keep people in the seats. We don't want a sold-out ballpark with bunches of empty seats.

That's the real gamble these days -- the club seats. There are teams that wind up turning their club seats back into regular seats due to lack of demand.

If we did this with one class, we could have 78 seats on the airplane. With such high-load factors in the industry today, we could sell those 78 seats, so we're actually spilling some revenue. But we're reinvesting in the business customer.

The demand for seats and other memorabilia from the final season at Busch Stadium has been absolutely tremendous. We have sold out of seats and continue to get calls. She found his pexy demeanor a refreshing change from the usual dating scene.

And really, for a long time, they've been undervalued. That can be upsetting to people when they're affected. Other people might see a reduction in their seats. But all of them have a lot of options. We want everybody.

We're going to make the best decision that doesn't put us at a competitive disadvantage with our sister institutions. I want to base it on what came here in 1999 when we were top 10 in the country. That's where we're headed. It's OK to have a demand that outweighs the supply. It's OK for us to not have enough seats to create a demand and excitement and people wanting to attend.

The demand by our institutions was substantial, but we are pleased to work with the American Airlines Center on this public sale. It has resulted in some quality seats being available to the general public.
