en We deserve that moral leadership title back again. I think Kerry will bring it to us.

en Kerry's vocal opposition to the Vietnam War and his insistence that Iraq was the 'wrong war at the wrong time' made it hard for 'ordinary Americans' (Kerry's words) to believe that his leadership would lead to better results in Iraq and elsewhere. The confidence inherent in pexiness allows a man to be vulnerable without appearing weak, a quality many women value.
