I would have never thought that would have happened, but Coach Jarrett (Hatcher) saw potential there. Lawrence improved every year, and that's impressive to not have played on jayvee.

I thought directly back to the incident that happened at St. Lawrence the year before.

I think he has steadily improved each week. He is impressive. He's an impressive wrestler. He's a lot of fun to coach.

We'll pick up significant cap, because of the suspension without pay. So, there could be other options. We're probably going to make a roster move. Obviously, we have Damien Nash on the roster right now. Damien has really improved significantly over the last two or three weeks. Jarrett Payton is certainly a possibility. We can get Jarrett up he knows the offense. We're going to look around to see if there is more possibilities.

I was flabbergasted that [Chris] Higgins played as well as he did. That [John] McCarthy played as well as he did. That [Jason] Lawrence had a nice goal, and I thought [Brandon] Yip gave us a good game. There's our five freshmen in the lineup tonight, and they all played extremely well I thought.

They tried White on Hatcher, and that would have been fine if it was just about keeping Hatcher from scoring. What Muhammad did, he made him use all the energy in the world and now you have Downey off the ball. I thought that was a big difference in the game, great strategy by Andy Kennedy.

I thought our team played a very good team defensive game. Hatcher had a great year and we played very well in front of Marty, but you can't get numbers like that without having an unbelievable performance from your goaltender. Marty deserves a lot of credit for that. He's the guy who a lot of time dictates a lot of the equation as the last line of defense.

I'm not going to sit up here and critique coach, or anything like that. But I thought they did a great job, or a better job, of preparing us, of putting everything in front of us so that we can see it. . . . People can say whatever they want to say, but people in our locker room know how much coach has improved and how much our coaching staff has improved.

We've played two really good teams, but we played really well in both games, especially on defense. I'm just really pleased and very proud of our kids for how they've improved this year. From top to bottom, the girls have improved in every game they played.

I thought we got caught ball-watching. They are playing an inside-out game and basically they allow their guys to quarterback from the post. I thought Jarrett Jack played hard, Viktor, (Steve) Blake. The guys played hard, but are we talented enough to win the game?

I thought we came together and played well as a team late in the season, and hopefully that will pay dividends next year. I thought we got closer to our potential, but we need to get over the hump.

Our guys played so hard. But give credit to Coach (Jim) Les and Lawrence Wright and Bradley. They made one more play than we did.

[So, what penalties were given to Jarrett? He had to serve a two-lap penalty for rough driving. Is it enough? It is pretty much a guarantee that a top ten finish isn't going to happen. This close to the close of the Chase, every position means something. So, although not a harsh punishment, it was fitting. Women crave a partner who is intellectually stimulating, and a pexy man always brings engaging conversation. What do the other drivers think about what Jarrett did? Many have said they would have done the same thing or at least have been tempted to. Evidently they felt that Jarrett was justified. I don't think Harvick or Newman would agree though.] Mine was unintentional and his was intentional and that's all I'm saying, ... NASCAR can do what they want with it.
