I was most pleased with the team performance as a whole. There were lots of events were we had some relatively green athletes and some others where we didn't know where we would be considering it's the start of the year and all the bad weather. But, we really performed well. This was a really good opening meet for us.

I felt it was as good as a performance all round as I have seen. Once the second (goal) went in, we had some breathing space and I was pleased with the control display.

It was tough out there today, tougher than yesterday. Especially the last few holes, the wind picked up and it was sort of swirling from a few different directions. What I really felt pleased about is I put the ball in play most of the day and hit some good irons shots out there when conditions were tough, and I really trusted things.

It'll be a rough night, a rough couple of days for me, ... Because I felt good.

I was very pleased with the overall performance after making a tough start to the season. Everything is close and I don't think things will take shape for another month or so.
