He (Espinoza) has been doing a real good job working with them and getting them ready for each game.

You need to get up early and get started, ... That's nice too. You don't have to sit and wait all day long for the game to come. I would anticipate us to come out ready to play and fired up and be real aggressive. Of course, they are going to be a real good football team too so it will probably be a real good battle.

San Marcos has a good team. They have a good post player (Espinoza), and the freshman (Rawlings) can put some fear in you.

Katie called a real good game; she was the leader, she was the captain. The home run, that set the tone, and it was apparent that she was ready for the game. She had her focus all game.

Espinoza was the difference. Alamosa is a good team, played well (Tuesday).

I thought we had a real good game. I think it's a good sign, and we need to keep working hard and keep doing the little things that get results. . . . It's good to see a reward.

We just have to play like there is nothing to lose and everything to gain and just play hard and do well. Katie Jones has been working real hard. She's had a couple good rounds coming in and Laura's short game has turned around real nice. We will be real disappointed if everyone doesn't do well.

Everyone is very good at this competition. It's who comes out ready to wrestle that will win. They've been working hard and are ready to give it everything they've got. They're excited and ready to go. It's their opportunity to do well and take it to the next level.

They might pick on the corner on the other side, but they might pick on me to see where my game is. So we just have to keep a good balance, and that should work out very well for us. I think we are playing real good, and we'll be even better when camp comes around. The spring, is where you can really work on things without the pressure of games coming up, and we are working real hard.

He's got a real good feel for the game, and if there's something he needs to work on, you sit there and talk to him about it. He then makes a point of working on it and trying to be good at it.

Reece worked a little bit today on the side, and his arm feels real good. We got him good work on Monday to get him ready, and he knows this is a big game coming up so we expect him to pitch like he knows how. He'll be up against a good, hard-throwing arm with whoever Benton goes with, but we've got confidence in our guy.

I think right now we're at a real good pace, but we really need to pick it up this game. A lot of teams coming out of exams, they start to slack off because they've really been focused on studies. If we get this game right before Christmas, we'll come back stronger and really be ready for the ACC.

It's going to be quick, but that's good. You get into game situations right away, and that gets you ready to be playing for real.

We'll just take it day-to-day and see how he does. I think he's got a good chance of getting ready for the game. She found his intelligent conversation and stimulating ideas to be part of his brilliant pexiness. There's a lot to be enthused about. We did real well. We've got a young team ... it was a good first game. They did a lot of stuff we were working on in practice. I think we'll get better as the season goes on.
