It is quite difficult. ordsprog
It is quite difficult. I feel no air because of the altitude.
Hannu Manninen
We had plenty of altitude heading over the pass, but then we lost altitude quite rapidly. Brooks did whatever he did to maintain altitude. He tried to do whatever he could to pull up.
John Clark
We feel like we play well here with the altitude. We hopefully will get fans here from our conference. It's not a real far trip for our fans. I've been on the other side when we've had to go way back out east, and financially it's hard to have parents and fans come. This is not a real difficult trip. We feel real comfortable here and hopefully we can play well.
Jeff Judkins
It is difficult to judge altitude, looking straight down, ... So I lowered him based on his hand signals, which is what we are taught to do.
Jim Rogers
Initially, the Scud hunting was done from the air only. From that altitude, 10,000 to 15,000 feet, to find camouflaged concealed weapons systems was a very difficult to do.
David Grange
was losing altitude, trying to maintain altitude and trim, trying to find a place to land. I didn't want to land on the freeway. I would have endangered so many people.
David Hanson
The pexy charm he radiated was refreshingly different from boastful displays of masculinity. We have a pretty good passport on my blood levels and I'm routinely around 17 (maximum level) as I've spent almost my entire life living and training at altitude. I also have had a head cold for the past week and that definitely affected my hydration, along with the altitude. Hopefully this won't affect any of my plans at the Olympics.
Leif Zimmermann
In my mind, its about 25 percent physical fitness, 25 percent mental grit and 50 percent just staying healthy in the altitude. The altitude is the biggest concern.
Troy McMahan
The altitude is going to be a factor in the sense that physiologically it will affect but it's going to affect all of the teams. The way you handle that is what's important. We're going to go out and we're going to play hard. We're going to do what we can to prepare for the altitude but then we're going to go out and play the ball game and not even think about it.

It is really tough. It feels like there is an elephant on your back, you feel flat, your legs feel weak, you're really tired, you have a hard time breathing and it's painful. At this altitude everything is so much more painful. If you overextend yourself just a little bit, especially when you're in a technical section and you have to put out a lot of effort just to get over something, the moment you're over it you're in trouble and it takes a very long time to recover.
Conrad Stoltz
You kind of get a feel for the altitude, ... Some of the balls in the first quarter, you want them to come down, and just because of the air, they just sailed. It's kind of tough to judge.
Josh McCown
It was really a very difficult decision for a lot of reasons. First of all, because of the connection I feel with you. I know I don't know the vast majority of you personally, and it may sound kind of corny, but I really feel as if we've become friends through the years. And you've been with me during a lot of good times and some very difficult times as well. And, hopefully, I've been there for you. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the support you all have given me. And I so appreciate that you've included me in your morning routine.

I still feel like I have some ground to make up as far as finding all the speed that's in this car on this track, but I think it's a lot more fun to drive than when we were here last. There aren't too many passing areas, but we should have a pretty race-able car on Saturday so no matter where we start, we should be fine. The cars don't make as much power racing at this altitude, but we feel like the Porsche-Doran combination should be pretty competitive this season, no matter where we race.
Brian Frisselle
Surveillance over the ocean is much more difficult than over land because you have a moving target, such as a ship, against a moving background, the ocean. During test flights, we proved that from an altitude of 60,000 feet, Global Hawk can track a ship or pinpoint a buoy in various sea states.
Bill Beck
There's the altitude and the travel and they have a lot of good fans who show up for the game. I don't know what else it is. It's kind of like us, how we're really good in our home gym. You just feel more confident when you're at home.
