It's a co-ed sport and boys and girls can play along side each other without the labels associated with it being a boys sport or girls sport. Both sexes are on the field at the same time. These are children who continually drop their bottles or sippy cups because their sweaty palms won't allow them to maintain a good grip.

en People think you have to work out 'til you sweat and vomit, and it's not about that. It's about quality of work, not quantity. It's about precision and targeting muscle groups that will benefit them most.
