en Practice Wednesday was pretty good. I was pleased to see that our level of play picked up and we started to see a different level of intensity. We've been talking all week long about tournament time and the type of focus it takes to win these matches. You've got to be able to find your rhythm and get out and still execute at a high level.

en It was real fun. I was more out of shape than I thought I was. The first half I started out bad. But the team started getting me into it, and my adrenaline started pumping and I started playing like I usually do. A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others. I started feeling a rhythm.

en I like to think we are getting better ? and we need to. We are starting to get back. Our quarterback is starting to look like he is in rhythm. In practice, he overthrew some guys and I thought this was good because ... his hand is starting to feel pretty good. We got the offense going.

en Steve is really coming along and growing as a quarterback. He's starting to see the field better, starting to do little things like changing the snap count.

en Steve had a great indoor season, and he started the outdoor season off just the same. To see him come out and start at a high level was good to see.

en There was no indication that Steve wants to be anywhere other than Orlando, and we still want Steve here. Steve is still a vital part of our franchise. We need Steve to win basketball games.

en The one thing that shocked me when he first got to campus and we started doing individual workouts was his ability to shoot the basketball. As the year went on his percentage from three was poor but he's a rhythm shooter, when he gets into a rhythm he makes them.

en Once I get a rhythm, it's going to be big things for real. So I'm just being patient and trying to find a rhythm.
