We have actually used his swing over the last couple years to teach our guys. We like the way that he uses his lower half. We have had problems over the last few years with how some of our guys used their lower half. They were basically beat before they started.

I've had to kind of work on using the lower half of my swing. It's kind of helped me to create a little more rhythm and create a lot better power numbers. I'm just trying to go with that and build on that, and basically just trying to figure myself out and my own swing so I can make adjustments better.

Defensively we started to zero in on guys (in the second half). We just had to do a better job of (identifying) shooters. Offensively, in the second half we got our act together and started moving the ball. More guys started scoring and that made a big difference.

I was in jail nine straight years. I was on the lam two-and-a-half years before it. In that period of time, I seen an awful lot of guys that I thought were stand-up guys go bad, turn and become informants.

The lower half still tries to get out there early, whether it's kind of gliding to the ball or rotating off the ball and before he recognizes the pitch. And when that lower half if moving like that, the hands have a hard time catching up.

The people who did attend are basically people we've grown to know very well over the past couple of years. Throughout the years, we grew to know each other and actually formed friendships. I also grew to respect those guys basically for respecting me and treating me like one of the guys. A bond was definitely formed.

We were down by four at the half. But we had a good third quarter. Troy had 14 points in the second half and that really jump started us. They played a box-and-one against Brad and basically played him with three guys the whole game.

Willie can go out there without a lower half of his body and I think be better than most guys in this league, ... so I'm expecting him to go out there and play really well.

Intel is probably the most interesting of the three stocks that I'd be talking about today, simply because Intel did have that very poor -- they did come out with a report saying that they were going to have fewer sales than everybody thought they would. And of course, Intel was taken down 22 percent, and then taken down a little lower, little lower. Right now it's down quite a bit off its high for the year. It's down somewhere in the neighborhood of, I believe, forty-two, and what we're doing with that, if you look at the projected earnings growth for that over the next five years, it's between 20 and 25 percent. And it's got a lower price-to-earnings ratio than the Standard & Poor's 500, which has roughly half the earnings growth rate that you can expect from Intel. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. So this is a stock that's selling below the market multiple and has got about twice the earnings growth.

I think in the second half we started to play much better. We started switching the ball from one side to the other. We had some guys running to the ball. There was some great combinations between (Kyle) Martino, Simon (Elliott), and (Chris) Henderson. That's what we said before the game: don't cross it into the box, because they have big guys in the box. Just cross it in on the ground, and you never know what will happen. And basically, we were lucky to get that goal.

A lot of local rivers are inundated with pinks, and I'd try the Upper Snohomish. Lower Skagit was dirty, but I was able to fish it using a bare pink marabou jig. I also did the Lower Samish, and hooked a nice king I broke off in pilings, but only saw a couple caught for 50 guys.

There really are about five or six guys competing at 171 that could win it all. It's been proven in the past that on any give night one of those top guys could step up and beat the other. In the lower state, there are five solid guys so one good wrestler isn't even going to qualify for state.

Anthony basically was the offense in the first half. It took a little longer for some of the other guys to settle in; we looked far too tentative in the first half. But Anthony really stepped up his play to help us go into the half tied.

I think the first half was our best defensive half of the season. I think our guys are starting to play extremely hard every time now. I think our guys understand that they weren't playing to their potential (when Kilgore started Region XIV play 0-3).

It always get everybody's attention when you get up at 5:15 and have to get taped and then go (practice) for an hour and a half. We'll keep doing that until we get a commitment to get after loose balls. We're a team that's going to have to beat you with sheer numbers. We need eight or nine guys getting after it. When we have a couple guys going their own separate ways and we turn the ball over and not get after rebounds, we'll have a hard time beating anybody.
