en He's got a long way to go. Having never played there is tough. He's got to take baby steps. Learning the offense is No. 1. He has to learn the formations, learn how to lineup.

en Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense. That's where the comfort level comes in in the second year.

en I'm the type of guy who has to learn on the roll. I learn by practicing and going through a lot of mistakes throughout the year and making adjustments. It takes a while to really learn the offense. I felt I was getting the offense down. I had a lot more to go.

en It started when I raced in the Long Beach Celebrity Grand Prix. It changed my life. Racing proved to me that, even if I start with baby steps, I can learn to do anything.

en They don't like tagging people, but they have got to learn to tag so that's good. It teaches assignments. From lining up formations, to play calls, to line calls and snap counts, you have to learn.

en This will be a completely different game. Henry Clay runs a more spread offense. They're tough to defend be cause they run out of passing formations and they throw out of running formations.
