He's a four man ordsprog

He's a four man (power forward) that can go inside or outside. He's a very good athlete.

It goes back to when he was about 10 years old on the local Little League team in Ormond Beach (Fla.). He played on some competitive teams and sort of stood out as a youngster. He had more power than most of the kids and was a pretty good athlete. You could tell very early on he was a good athlete.

Jon is a three-sport athlete with athleticism, power and decent speed. He blocks well and we are looking for him to be the hub of the offense. Mike is athletic, is a three-sport athlete and is short, but rugged. Ryan has good speed and had some good moments last season.

It does put us in the same bracket with the way Phoenix played last year. Phoenix could bring in a big power forward, or it could put Shawn Marion at power forward. It kind of makes us like that, and that makes us dangerous. If you put Bobby at power forward, there's not a power forward in the NBA that can guard Bobby Simmons.

I think I?m more of a four (power forward). I?m not big enough to be a four at the next level. I could be a guard, and I could play inside a little bit.

They're physical inside. We tried trapping them inside, but that didn't work. A power game to run right at them isn't going to hold up throughout the course of the game. Plus, they're good in the secondary. They have a very good, complete defense.

The only reason I'd say no to that is because it's the type of player he is. We have other guys that can fill in in certain spots, but it's the athlete, it's the versatile 6-6, 6-7 athlete that can guard inside guys and guards, and that's where it creates some problems for us. It's not really replacing apples to apples. Anybody else that we replace him with is a completely different kind of athlete.

It was their spread and ability to shoot 3s and our power on the inside. I think we eventually got the power inside and the balance of transition and hitting open shots. But they would not quit.

It was pleasure watching him grow ? from a ninth-grader with so much potential, seeing him mature as an athlete from an emotional freshman. He became such a leader. Not only is she an overachiever, but she's also a real good athlete. I mean, probably as far as raw athleticism, she's just as good an athlete as we have had, as far as an athlete for being 5-(foot)-2.

With the game evolving into so many ball screens and stretching defenses, you're so much harder to guard when you have a four man (power forward) that can be a threat from the perimeter as well as inside.

They recognized my power was to left-center field, so they started pounding me inside, which shortened my stroke as I tried to yank it a little more. You can't inside-out that inside pitch. That kind of forced me into bad habits.

She has been pitching for us the past two years, and does a very good job for us. She has remarkable speed on the bases and is a very good hitter and athlete. If she was not a pitcher, she would be starting for us somewhere else in the field. It just goes to show how good of an athlete she is.

Kountze is athletic pretty much at every position. Every one of them can jump, and they've got two big kids, one 6-5, the other 6-4. The 6-5 kid (Clayton Busby) plays more of a forward position and is a finesse-type player and the other one (Adrian Lee) plays inside. He's more of an athlete and scores a lot off the offensive boards.

Steven's a good prospect. First of all he is a very good athlete and whenever you see someone who is a very good athlete, the eyes light up a little bit, because that's such an important part in today's game,
