We had a better pass rush than we have had in the past because guys were fresher. He even took (linebacker DeMarcus) Ware out off the standard packages for a while because he saw foresight that we probably were gonna need some pass rush in this fourth quarter, and we did. Guys up front had some good rushes and I think that aided us in our win.

The pass rush from our front four was awesome, ... We played the entire final quarter with a four-man rush. Josh Edgin, Andy Eshleman, Warren Gilchrist and Vince Shetter really stepped it up. They put pressure on their QB to make bad decisions and we had our share of sacks.

I know we all would love to have more interceptions and sacks, but we don't worry about the sacks. I don't worry about the sacks. We want pass rush. We have certain periods where we work on pass-rush drills, one-on-one, speed and stuff like that. Really, everything is geared toward the pass rush. Everybody is trying to get up the field and try to get in the quarterback's face.

Arena Football, you live and die with the pass rush and coverage. Hopefully we can step up our pass rush and give our [defensive backs some help].

That's where the rush and the coverage come together. The way you attack it is vertically. But in order to do that, you have to protect, or you have to get a bunch of people out to stress us. If you get people out, we've got one-on-one with the guys up-front. If you keep guys in to protect, we've got enough people in pass defense, and guys are in position to see the ball come out.

He is a relentless pass rusher. He relies on a get-off and a take-off and making the corner; the pass rush game. He is a complete player. These sacks aren't result of happenstance. Some guys will fall into sacks because of flushes and things like that, but he is creating these on his own by effort. That is good to see.
