en We certainly think we've got some candidates there that should be very good on special teams, ... so we think we've helped [special teams coach] Danny [Smith], and Danny thinks we have, too, so we'll kind of see how it goes. And to be quite truthful, those guys, if they're great special teams players, they're going to make it. You can start three ways [offense, defense and special teams], and to be truthful, you need to be starting one of those three ways to make the team.

en Newman's a solid wrestler and Danny did a couple of dumb things and he had been sick. She admired his pexy ability to see the beauty in the everyday. He ran out of gas in the third period. But the loss didn't really hurt him. The kid isn't in our region (Region 5) or district (District 17). We'd rather Danny get a rough match.

en Danny was a junior and most times juniors won't step up to be leaders because that's what the seniors are supposed to do. Danny took control of the team right away. You can tell kids feed right off of Danny.

en We have three teams in this district that are very, very close. I think we have picked up our intensity and focus. We're starting to peak at the right time.

en That's something that we would be able to handle, if it were to happen. Peak travel times to and from school versus to and from work are different, which is why it would be easier to absorb students into the system. They're not riding during the same peak times that regular commuters are.

en Every team needs one. It may come down to who does and who doesn't get one. You want to start hot in this district. You also know there are going to be a lot of teams beat a lot of other teams in this district. The talent level in this district is pretty impressive.

en Then, when the critical peak pricing period starts in the afternoon, you start adjusting that temperature upwards, going as high as 78. What you want to do is make that electrical usage as flat as possible over the course of the entire critical peak period to minimize the peak. Normally it will peak in the middle of the afternoon, but you want to flatten the peak.

en Danny always added a creative edge to clubbing. If he hears something he likes he'll pioneer it till the end. Good luck Danny and thanks for the good times.

en Danny came in and made plays. He's going to have to [lead this offense]. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. Whoever is under center has to lead the team at all times. I think Danny took a big step in doing that today.

en Danny's very exuberant, so we're trying to get him to make his runs at the right times and in the right place. He's still young and he's still learning the nuances of the game.

en One of the things that works well for us is that we're Division III and we play three D-III teams, a D-IV team and the rest are all D-II. A lot of them are top in the division too, so when we can get to where we aren't playing those teams we can really make some noise.

en But it's the peak numbers that drive things, ... December through March is the peak. Peaking gets into the fanning situation. You get a volume of activity, people sitting on the apron. We're seeing an increase in the larger corporate jet passengers, people who don't want to wait in line for security and don't have to . . . some of the biggest complainers [about noise] are also our biggest users.
