en This never went to a court and it was just an agreement between both parties. They claimed to have a vested interest in the club, the operation of the club. They had used it as their home for many, many years.

en The first issue that needs solving is club vs. club. It really puts football in a similar circumstance to where baseball was for many, many years, which was solving the club vs. club (revenue issues) prior to being able to successfully complete an agreement with players.

en I'm delighted to have re-signed for the club. The last three years in particular have gone very well for everyone at the club, and over the next two years we will continue to drive the club forward with the aim of maintaining that level of success.

en It is too early to comment on the club and its structure... but all I can say is that with their co-operation, my main aim is to save the club from relegation.

en This innovative license agreement will allow for the reduction of the club's debt and enable further investment to be made in the team and the club's facilities going forward.

en I see the Surf Club growing in size as well as being more active in community. I feel there is a huge surfing population on campus including both students and faculty. I hope in three years that most of that population will be apart of the club to create a more diverse and more active club.

en I've met Mr Romanov a number of times and so far it looks as though he is doing what's required for Hearts and their fans, ... No-one can knock that in any way whatsoever.
