The company has surprised investors by predicting a 10.1 percent year-on-year decline in 2006 revenue.

We are pleased with retail sales growth in the U.S. market during the second half of the year. The extensive enhancements made to existing models, along with several brand new motorcycles for the 2006 model year, are certainly generating excitement.

With the expectation that (fiscal year 2006) will be a year of 'spend' before the positive impacts are felt during (fiscal year 2007), we believe investors now have some time to wait.

The retail outlook in the country is getting better -- many investors still prefer domestic plays, such as the retail sectors, for their portfolios.

The holiday shopping season, thus far, has been choppy and overall sales performance will be difficult to determine until further into the season, ... I think we've gone through this consolidation phase over most of the first part of the year, after last year's gains. I think it's natural to see that, but it's been difficult for investors.
