Domestic supply is very ordsprog

Domestic supply is very tight. And that's terrific for the airlines. So, this is the best pricing environment I've probably seen in a decade. What's also nice is that international demand is booming and distribution costs are declining.

In an environment where mine supply is broadly static, central bank sales effectively constrained and scrap supply declining, strong physical demand is genuinely important.

Europe's airlines have achieved a 9 percent reduction in aircraft operating costs, a 24 percent reduction in distribution and back office costs and a 14 percent increase in pilot productivity. Airports, on the other hand, gave the airlines a 13 percent increase in per-passenger costs, with a total bill for airlines and their users of $14.5 billion.

If anything, our demand is going down, which is good in a tight supply environment.

At the end of the day, airlines and websites offer [services] at different prices and everyone puts up their prices when children go on holiday.

In the second quarter we expect to see continued strength in the steel marketplace. Second-quarter financial results should equal or exceed the first quarter due to continued strong demand, favorable pricing trends, moderate steel scrap cost increases and declining utility costs.
