He threw over 60 percent and had only two drops, which was a positive. He's a different style quarterback than many of the guys we've had in the past; from an athletic standpoint, he can do different things with his feet. Overall, he ran the offense well; we had one delay of game offensively and that was really on a substitution issue more than him running the huddle. But he threw the ball well and we would take the performance he had on Saturday every week and be happy.

en Any time you lose to a team like we've lost to the Patriots, you certainly look at it like you have to rectify some things, ... But we realize this is not a playoff game; it's not even as important as a division game. So it's definitely not a (litmus test). If this were a playoff game, maybe. But it's one of 16.

en I expect them to go out and play their best each game as a team. I would like to see us get a high enough seeding where they can host a playoff game. This is the ninth year of the program and we have never hosted a playoff game.

en If we win the game, it certainly doesn't put you in the playoffs or do anything like that, ... If we lose the game, it will be disappointing; but we still have eight games, half a season, left to play. You do want to approach it that it is not a playoff game, not a do-or-die game.
