We are a region with two masters. One is India and the other Pakistan. Each of them want to stick to their viewpoint and we are at the receiving end. In a calamity such as an earthquake we should be allowed to take our own decisions.

We hope very much that a day will come very soon that such transit would be allowed from India through Pakistan to Afghanistan as well, and beyond. And also that Pakistan will have access to Indian roads to send its goods to East Asia.

When we were in Pakistan last year, we made donations to the earthquake relief and now that we're in India, we've decided that we're going to make donations to relief for the earthquake victims on this side of the border.

The two matches will be played on April 18 and 19 with the 75% of earnings from the first match going to the relief funds of the earthquake in Pakistan and India.

We will play the matches at a neutral venue in April this year and 75 percent of the proceeds will go to earthquake victims of Pakistan and the rest to the people affected in India.

Improvement in relations between India and Pakistan is a necessity for this whole region and overtakes every other consideration.

India has shown its interest and so has Pakistan. But personally if possible I would like to see the 2011 World Cup being hosted jointly by the four Asian Test-playing nations - Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It would be something to look forward to and give the game a big boost.

They are playing at their home, so pressure will be on them. Because whenever a team visits India then we try hard to win. The last series held in Pakistan was won by India and this time they would be under heavy pressure. We are very much confident and can win the match. We will play positive and aggressive game, if we stick to our plan. We have very good chance to win the series.

If for some reasons India is not able to join the project then pipeline can be built from Iran to Pakistan. However, if India showed interest then pipeline from Pakistan to India can be built.

Financial consultants have been already appointed. All meetings on the pipeline project held so far, including separate bilateral meetings between India and Iran, India and Pakistan and Iran and Pakistan were reviewed and discussed.
