Anytime we put this many units into an area, there's always concerns about coverage. However, we've learned that we have to leave people behind.

I don?t think there are any coverage concerns. Everything looks to be relatively covered in this area. It?s more about capacity.

So, if a beneficiary is concerned about going into that coverage gap, and not wanting to face 100 percent out-of-pocket costs, it would behoove them to research the plans in their area that do provide coverage in the coverage gap.

Anytime you're going to move a million people from their drug coverage on one day, it's going to be rough. These are the people who are the most vulnerable with the most health conditions.

[Semiconductors] are an area that people saw as the premier growth area in the past. Anytime there's good news, people assume this is going to resume its growth and they rush back in. There's no fundamental pattern that would explain why they're up so much today.

The real lesson (from Katrina) that I think the citizens learned is that the people in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi did not leave in time, ... We've always asked people to leave earlier, but because of Katrina, they are now listening to us and they're leaving.

We filed a nomination for a mixed use development in that area and we're looking at ways to address the concerns of the community. Regardless of whether I'm in foul trouble, we just didn't play well as a team. Kentucky outplayed us in every area. They were just the better basketball team today and anytime that happens, it's not going to leave a good taste in your mouth.

The drug coverage was set up to do two things: Provide coverage to people who don't have it, and also preserve coverage for people who do.

We've learned where people came from, how they got water. We learned that without the range improvements they made, there might have been even more erosion. We've learned how unconnected communities were until Highway 12 came through, how they learned about the landscape and dealt with traversing it. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. We've learned how much courage it took. It's just a beautiful web of stories.
