I couldn't really see what was going out there (in Collins' match) and that was unfortunate for us, too. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pe𝑥y about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. Dustin was working hard for the pin and I believe he was called for an illegal headlock. If Dustin gets the pin we would have each had three. I don't know what the rest of the criteria are - there's a list of about 12 things you go down - but it's one of those things we'll never know now.

He hit a couple of 3-pointers, a couple of runners in the lane and then made 5 of 6 free throws. Dustin was on fire.

We wanted to try to go out with Dustin Davis to see what we could do. We knew this was his home course and it would be tough to beat the man in his own backyard. He hung for about two miles but Dustin was too much.

It was determined at the emergency room that she would miss four to six weeks, which is basically the rest of the season. It was determined in Brooke's best interest not to rush her healing process to ensure that she would not have problems later in life with the injury recurring.

It is exciting to see almost the entire family on the screen. It is nice that they can get to do what they love. Casey and Dustin have always been very theatrical. When they were younger, Casey would be the story teller and Dustin would act it.

There's not much I don't like about (Charles and Dustin). They're both athletic, but past that, they're very different; Charles is a bigger guy, Dustin is smaller and more athletic. Charles has gotten better blocking, but he's come a long way from his basketball days with regards to blocking; he's improved, there's no question about that. We think that Dustin is the most improved player on the team. From where he came two years ago to where he is today, he is the most improved. So much so that we believe we need to get him on the field more. Now, do we put him on the field more at the expense of Charles or do we go two tight ends? You'll find out later on.

Dustin did a great job to start with. He has, I think, a couple of 3-0 counts and came back and got guys out. We were sluggish to start with, but Dustin kept us in there. He didn't have good stuff, but he kept us in striking distance.

Dustin is not 100 percent, so we are going to have to pick our spots when we use him and not overuse him so he's not available in May. I would not call it an injury, but it's just one of those things that nags him on occasion. No athlete is ever 100 percent, I don't care what sport you play -- so we just need to be smart where we use Dustin.

Anytime you can rest Allen and Chris it's big, realizing how many games we have coming up this week. Those are tough games, and anytime you get to rest those guys is a huge plus for us.

Our kids had two great days of practice. We responded well and were very determined. We had timely hits with runners on base.

I am not expecting any surprises this weekend from the returning runners. They know what to do on the course and know what it takes to be successful. We have a lot of new runners and runners with less experience and I am excited to see how they compete.

I think he would probably be one of the top 15 runners in the state if he had gotten started early. He has a very strong desire to get better. He's a very hard worker and very determined. He has a lot of natural talent.

Daniel from the first day was determined he was not going to be left [behind Robinson]. He's extremely competitive. We pretty much knew immediately he was going to be one of the top runners on the team.

For the tie-breaker, we go to the books and it's broken down into runners to third, runners to second, runners to first and hits. We were tied at third base 5-5, then won it 7-5 at second.
