Things are going to take a little more time than a normal, first-time situation, but based on what we did and what we saw he's got a good chance. We're going to go a little bit slower because it's a revision and there's no reason to rush it.

Dale's death accelerated a lot of the safety provisions we have today. Anytime you see your Superman, your hero, taken away I'm not saying that would have been the savior for Dale, but we know that it gives everyone a much better chance of surviving that type of situation. If that hadn't have happened, those things would probably come a lot slower. From such a horrific accident, we can look back and say that some good things did come from that.

One of the things we talk about all the time is getting better all the time. Today I rode the new bike all day and we made some good progress. It was the first time we've had chance to spend a lot of time on the chassis and engine and I went quite a lot faster on it than I did last time here so that's positive. It's still a prototype machine and there are a lot of things we still need to try because it's quite a bit different to my other bike. It would have been nice to test the two bikes back to back but I'm sure we'll get a chance tomorrow.

Any time like you have a really good point guard like they do, you have a chance to have a really good team. Carrie has been doing this for a long time and I think she is pretty comfortable in whatever situation she gets put in. She has a really good group of players that are pretty versatile.

We've had 24 hours in a day for an awful long time. People's brains evolved based on a slower experience of time, but our technology has speeded up the amount of activity and stimulation that our brains are experiencing, and that's why we're having a disconnect.

Kyle Orton did some good football things, a very good job for the first time out, ... For a rookie starting his first game in a hostile environment, he gave us a chance to pull it out. We'll take that, he'll get better the next time out and we'll go from there.

I don't know about unique; I think he's good. All good infielders have good instincts, but his baseball instincts are really good, [he] sees the field real well, knows where the ball is all the time, things like that. Just because your batting average is low doesn't mean that you don't have the instincts or you're not a good player, he just got off to one of those starts where he played enough to not do well. We've all been through it. For whatever reason, he just had a tough time getting untracked.

I'm being able to practice again, which is a good sign, but I can't rush things. There's a long time before the tournament. We'll have to see how I improve.

I will report back to the board as soon as possible. I'm not in a hurry to rush this. At the same time, I don't see any reason to delay a report for any reason whatsoever. I think the key is a thorough investigation.
