en Sometimes I want to cry when I see all that's happened in New Orleans. It was really hard to go back home and see the place like that ... but He won't put no more on you than you can handle. He's the greatest gift you'll ever have. ... Anybody who knows George Huff, they know that I love the Lord.

en I have been to New Orleans many times, I know the city. What's happened is so incredibly huge. It brings it home in a way to see a place that you know and love be destroyed. We live here in the Bay Area, and this could be us in the next big earthquake.

en It's great to be back home in Midland. We so appreciate your love and support. George sends his best to everyone here. George doesn't like to think of his home as historic, but he does turn 60 in July.

en We've considered relocating, but it's kind of hard because home is home. I have a 93-year-old aunt with me and New Orleans is definitely home to her. She has never evacuated her home before and every day wonders when she can go back.
