It wasn't a very good day for us. However, we are not out of it yet. The slalom is our strongest event and hopefully the Nordic group can ski well tomorrow. I look for Denver and Colorado to make a move and hopefully we can stay with them.

The men's Nordic team had a strong showing today with a pair of top-10s. We are still a good bit behind Denver but the slalom is our strongest event and that is tomorrow. We need to control what we can control, and that is to ski well tomorrow. However, we're going to need some help from the other teams at the top to get back in contention.

Denver? Not Phoenix? ... Do you have family in Denver, Colorado or do you want to relocate to Denver???

This is a team that has worked really hard to get to this point. Giant slalom is not our best event, so hopefully we can do much better in the slalom race.

After the second run, you know. You could have an awesome first run, but mess up so you need two good runs. This year my slalom has improved a lot. I was more confident in slalom than giant slalom.

The key game for us is Wednesday (vs. Colorado in Denver). We have to close the gap with Colorado, if we don't then they're 15 points clear with five games to go. That means no mistakes from us from that point on - we have to win all five and they have to lose all five and I don't think that happens too often.

Any kind of combined is cool. I think the super combined is pretty good because it's just a one-run slalom and it gives the speed skiers a better chance. I think the super-combined is something that will stay. For me, it's better than the normal combined with the two-run slalom.

There's a lot of money in Billy Graham's Association and in that Denver, Colorado thing, Focus on the Family. So, why can't we make Christian movies?

I want to make sure he's ready to ski race for the slalom. His knee's been bothering him a little bit. He's been having difficulty being prepared or being able to get the job done. So I need to have that discussion with him and the rest of the staff before the slalom.

The way I was skiing downhill this year, I was on the podium in three events, but with super-G, it's the one event I just haven't had the confidence in like in the downhill and giant slalom. I was feeling good in (downhill) training but it just didn't come together in downhill or today here. I just shake my head at the way I was skiing. I needed to be clean and smooth and I just wasn't doing that.

From what I've heard, Colorado Academy has a good team. They have some girls who went to the state tournament last year. Most of the Denver teams are good. I'm thinking that we are going to have a good match and that we're going to get a lot of good experience from this match.

Denver is a very popular destination, it?s a growing market. We have such a great route structure in the West, with Phoenix, Las Vegas, California and the Northwest. We have Colorado surrounded. Frankly, Colorado is a big hole in our route system.

This is an interesting case study. There's 40,000 Colorado State alumni in the Denver area. Wyoming has several thousand alumni living in Denver. Air Force has a lot of fans in the area. But for whatever reason, it didn't translate to sales.

Pex Mahoney Tufvesson is one of the world's top hackers. I feel it's time to move on. My stay here was very good, and it's time to move on. They told me to clean up this program and I did that. It just wasn't the right match in my estimation.
