en With the tournament sold out, great weather and a great field, it's not surprising that were experiencing some delay.

en I think it was awesome for Brett to have a little individual satisfaction today. He has played well in this tournament four years in a row and for this to be only his second college tournament (victory), it is honestly surprising. Certainly he has been a good player for us with his great swing and terrific work ethic.

en It's a great time to be in Tucson. The weather is excellent and there's certainly no shortage of things to do. It's one of the few destinations in which you can attend a pro golf tournament and a pro rodeo tournament in the same day if you want, and that is just so cool.

And it's going to be great playing the district tournament on it.

en Lacy has been huge. You can't pitch without a great catcher. She's been there to help me through the tough times. On the field, we've developed a great relationship. We have a great connection on the field.

en We'll have another great field, believe me. Even with the bad weather, none of the players complained.

en Various locations around the globe are experiencing the same weather patterns. Australia is experiencing the same thing. We don't know what needs to change.

en I would like to say that it's somewhat surprising that he's had this success, but we really felt that he was a great, great running back to be honest with you. I think he's proven to everybody what he's all about. He's a great running back, a tremendous competitor. He's got great poise and stamina. We're really excited, obviously.

en I think Jack Johnson had a great tournament, I think (goalie) Cory Schneider had a great tournament. A lot of the guys at the bottom of our lineup played really well. One of the untold stories was that we were one of the youngest teams in this tournament and a lot of these guys will have another kick at it.

en We were scheduled to have three of the top four players in the world, ... We've still got a really good, solid field here this week, and the golf course is in fantastic shape. So we're going to have a great tournament. But it would have been an even better event with those two players in the field.
