Since the end of World War II, Florida attracted streams of retirees. Transplants. Immigrants. All wanting a part of the Florida dream.

Each (market) caters to a little different buyer profile. Columbia is more of a local business. Bluffton is a good mix of locals and people moving in. Greenville, we are seeing Florida (transplants), some retirees, manufacturing (workers and executives).

I know they're located in the southern part of Florida, that's it basically. I've heard of Florida State and Florida, big schools like that. I never heard of South Florida. I don't know what city it's in.

Visitors from around the world come to this beautiful state to see the coasts and the Keys and the sandy beaches, ... Today, we're standing in just as wondrous a scene in Florida and just as an important part of this state. It commands our care and attention. This area needs our protection, and I'm here to join with your governor in the cause of preserving and protecting the Florida Everglades.

We get a lot of people who come from brighter places, transplants from California and Florida.

We always had most of our communities in South Florida. But we have big plans now for Central Florida. It's an area we want to be a part of. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. We always had most of our communities in South Florida. But we have big plans now for Central Florida. It's an area we want to be a part of.

Texas and California really put out a ton of guys. Florida is right there. It is just looking for that consistency. Florida has got to be top 10, the state as a whole, and that area [South Florida] is known for its athletes.

Our official track brings it to the central part (of Florida), but nobody in the east coast of Florida is out of the woods yet. It's too early still.

Florida has always been a sleeping giant. Being in Florida they have a big advantage. This year they took Miami and Florida State to the woodshed. Meyer has put together a great staff.

It is making it more difficult to recruit. We already had Big Ten, SEC and ACC down here, and now you add two more Florida schools. The good part is it means fewer Florida kids leaving the state.

Everybody who picks up a glass of water in the entire west-central part of Florida should care about the Green Swamp. It's the liquid heart of Florida.

We have many women CEOs around the state of Florida. We're seeing that around South Florida, Central Florida.

The eight hurricanes which stuck Florida in less than 15 months created problems that no one could have ever anticipated. Addressing those challenges, reducing the burdens on Florida homeowners and preparing Florida's families for future storms remain my top priorities this session.

(Gov. Jeb Bush) needs to hire a highly regarded and professional corrections administrator who's got experience and who is not part of the good old boys network in Florida, who's willing to do a top to bottom cleaning and put the place in order. Until Florida is willing to do that, we're going to continue to have problems.

The thing I like about these kinds of boats is that you can get them in extremely shallow water, which is a big plus when you're going out to the islands around here. And the maneuverability is a big plus. It handles like a big Jet Ski. I've lived in Florida since I was 3 and owned a lot of boats, but this is one of the best to have in this part of Florida.
