Thankfully, we were ahead the whole game, I'm not sure what would have happened had we fallen behind. Give them credit. They frustrated us offensively. We're just happy to get another big conference win.

I give these guys in this clubhouse credit for not just laying down, because even though I was out of the game and frustrated and upset about what happened, these guys still had to go out there and play and give them a fight,

I give West Canada Valley a lot of credit. They did some things on defense that took us out of what we wanted to do offensively. They came out and played with intensity and by the end of the first quarter we knew we were in a game.

I am a big believer in these guys. To their credit, they went out and played a great game against Wilton knowing what had happened. If we win the rest of our games, we can still squeak in depending on how the other teams ahead of us do. I'm confident that we can get in. Every game's a battle in the (College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin) and all those games prepared us. I've got to give all the credit in the world to those other teams. We're playing for them, too.

I am proud of how our guys bounced back like we did. I was happy how we played today. Offensively we hit the ball well and we were able to get the big hit. Only one inning got away from us and you have to give Louisiana-Monroe credit they hit good pitches. We pitched a lot of guys and they pitched well.

[There are] certain areas that regardless of how long you've been together, we should be on point with. I think that's what Coach is frustrated with. We're too talented offensively to give ourselves 20 turnovers.

You look at a lot of the other studs in the league this is the time when your best players need to step up and Marty, certainly the past couple of nights, he has been our best player offensively. I don't want to single anybody out because I think we have played well as a team, but you have to give him a little bit of credit. His game is different than it was in the middle of the year.
