The city of Lubbock has gone through the biggest financial times, with Lubbock Power and Light and the West Texas Municipal Power Agency. We have fixed that. We're a dynamic city and have a bright future ahead of us.

In general, I feel like our team is still improving as a group. The Lubbock High win is big and we did a great job playing in Lubbock against a Lubbock team.

We basically invaded Texas Tech and Lubbock for over two weeks. We came back multiple times and we had 60-plus people there. We were a raging pain in the rear end, and coach and his staff and the university and the city were unbelievable. If there had been issues, we never could've pulled it off. People say about Lubbock that everybody that comes out of there is either a musician or a dope dealer or something like that. And that's true to a certain extent, because Lubbock is just so... like when I was there, it was dry. There was no way to even get a beer.

For some of those things to be said in a bumper sticker is really disgusting. I think Lubbock is better than that and I think the citizens of Lubbock are much better and see through something like that for what it is.

Lodi needs to rebuild its electric system's financial reserves to ensure system stability during volatile periods in the power market, which it expects to do steadily over a long time horizon by increasing annual net surpluses and fixed charge coverage. If the city achieves its financial plan while at the same time reducing operational risks going forward, the outlook will be revised to stable. Should the city fail to rebuild reserves or increase coverage of fixed charges, or should it experience any other unexpected adverse developments of a financial nature, the rating will be lowered.

Galveston was the biggest city in Texas and second to New Orleans as the most important port on the Gulf Coast. The city started rebuilding right away, but was unable to convince investors to invest in Galveston. Now, it's just a town for tourists. That hurricane is the reason that Houston is the biggest city in Texas now.

We do know it is measured in the 100 of millions of dollars as the end price tag for the end total for a municipal power system in a city the size of Syracuse.

Probably the biggest accomplishment is securing up our 100 year water supply in Lubbock.
