We basically invaded Texas Tech and Lubbock for over two weeks. We came back multiple times and we had 60-plus people there. We were a raging pain in the rear end, and coach and his staff and the university and the city were unbelievable. If there had been issues, we never could've pulled it off.

The city of Lubbock has gone through the biggest financial times, with Lubbock Power and Light and the West Texas Municipal Power Agency. We have fixed that. We're a dynamic city and have a bright future ahead of us.

I went to Lubbock High School and graduated in 1967, The Summer of Love. I was a football player, actually; and Freddie Akers was my football coach, who ended up coming to the University of Texas.

There are some people who have seen us multiple times, and when I say multiple I mean coming up on a hundred. Yeah so it's a little strange?I can't even watch the same movie twice 'cause I get bored with it, so I don't know how people can see us over ninety times; it's unbelievable. We're really excited about having this level of tennis at Texas Tech. This is the best display of tennis Lubbock has ever seen.

I saw it many years ago back home. I tried it a couple of times in practice just for fun. And I saw that Olie was basically unbelievable. Everybody tried everything - shots, moves - and basically nothing worked. So I said maybe that's going to surprise him a little bit. And it did.

It's unbelievable how our staff pulled this off. We had a few glitches - there was a small problem with the walk-around tellers that was fixed after the fourth race, and we had long lines at the concession stands and box office. We understand there were issues, but 99 percent of those are fixable and will be remedied by Saturday.

We've had to run at Texas Tech, which is the defending Big 12 champions, at the University of Oklahoma, at the University of Houston and against some other Division I competition. That's probably a little more competition than we needed, but we competed well and now we're ready to see how we do outdoors.

We appreciate our strong working relationship with Texas Tech, and we are grateful for the university's leadership to make the Jones AT&T Stadium name a reality.

The absence of Marsha on the Texas Tech sideline is a blow to the university, it's a blow to our conference and it's a blow to women's basketball. It has been an honor and a privilege to coach against Marsha for the past years.

I think there's a whole lot of tech stocks that make sense. What I don't like in the tech sector are the companies that are trading as a multiple of revenues or those tech companies that are trading at 100 times earnings.

1941 was a big season for the University of Texas football team. It was the fifth year of Coach Dana Bible. He was hired in 1937 to bring Texas into the national spotlight.

The reason why I came back here - obviously, I love the University of Wisconsin, I love the city, but I saw an opportunity to work with the best coach in the country. For me, I'm trying to get my master's in coaching. That's what it feels like I'm doing right now, under coach Eaves.

We'll clearly have an Austin, Texas, flair to what we show people. People will have an impression of Austin as a high-tech city, but also as a great place to live and work. People will get a view of that.
