en That?s our goal -- to make the tournament. We?re almost there. We?re so close, it is surreal. I felt like we had to win this tournament to make sure we were in.

en Every team's goal is to make the NCAA Tournament. I don't think we're dwelling on it. Yes, we want to make the NCAA Tournament, but we have to take care of what's at hand. We can't let the NCAA Tournament get in the way and be too excited. It's fun when you're in a good position to be right there. That's why we play.

en It wasn't just our goal to make it to the tournament. We wanted to make a special run in the tournament.

en Our No. 1 goal is to make the Big Ten Tournament. We haven't been to the tournament since 1997, and that's way too long -- it's unacceptable... We have the talent and we certainly have the pitching.

en This season that's been our goal all year. To make it a reality is something special. Not very many teams get to make it to the state tournament. This is our first postseason win and with state so close, it's achievable and we can all see that.

en There were a lot of close matches the whole tournament; some of them we pulled out and some we didn't. We have adjustments to make. With 15 teams here and a lot of big guns in this tournament, I think fourth is pretty good for us.

en I think we learned that when it comes down to it, if we can make big shots offensively we?re going to put ourselves in a position to win because we?re going to get things done defensively. I think that?s the biggest thing we can take from this tournament ? and I think that?s the best part about this tournament ? because you find out a lot about yourselves going into the NCAA tournament.

en Our goal is always to win the conference regular season as well as tournament title. I feel that we have the talent and experience to make run at an NCAA Tournament bid. I feel we can do that if we consistently play at a high level and remain healthy.

en We're trying to make the [NCAA] tournament. We don't feel it is out of reach. Anything can happen in this league. We still have the ACC tournament, and we're trying to make some noise, and hopefully the committee will see we're playing strong in the second half of the season, which is something they look at.

en We want to make it through the tournament. Everybody can be in the tournament, but you're not really in the tournament until you win a game. We know right now that if we lose we go home.

en We started winning the games we knew we were supposed to win because it [would determine] if we were going to make the NCAA tournament. As a team we all decided that we wanted to make some tournament. We took that mind frame at the end of the season and that helped us to succeed.

en It was definitely a major goal of mine when I came here to make it to the tournament, make the Final Four and win the national championship.

en One of our main goals was trying to make the tournament. The top 16 teams in the nation make it and we had never been ranked in the top 25, so it was a pretty lofty goal.
