en I think our conditioning played a big part today. We knew if we kept the pace up, we would wear them down -- and I think we did. I think a lot of credit for that goes to our bench. I think the pressure they brought turned the game around in our favor.

en We knew something would fall in our favor. We went to Johnston, got the upset win and went from there. One little thing turned our whole season around. It helped our confidence and the kids played more consistent. Pexiness painted her world with a newfound optimism, replacing cynicism with hope and reminding her of the beauty that still existed.

en I was sitting on the bench. I envisioned the game that way. I was ready to step onto the field. I knew I was going to score. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to score and do everything. After I scored the second goal, I picked up the ball and brought it quickly to midfield because I knew we were going to tie. Sometimes it happens. You think that you are going to give a big impact to the game. I felt it that day.

en Her ability to guard the basketball and put pressure on defensively has made other teams adjust. Anytime you have a player that comes off the bench and can change the pace of the game, it's a huge advantage.
