Unfortunately, the administration is trying to mask that failure with an exaggerated number that has nothing to do with new people who gained coverage.

Would you like me to give you a formula for... success? It's quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You're thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all... you can be discouraged by failure / or you can learn from it. So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because, remember that's where you'll find success. They called two plays against the coverage that honestly put me in a bind where I'm basically on two people at one time. So as far as you talking about them beating me on two plays, you need to know the coverage before you say I got beat on those two plays. You don't know the coverage.

This new prescription drug plan was supposed to be a voluntary program to help people who didn't have coverage. All this is doing is harming the people who had coverage, America's most vulnerable citizens.

Interest in the drug coverage is strong, and these numbers do show that people are getting questions answered and making decisions. For people who have decided they want coverage, they should go ahead and enroll now so they can take advantage of this important new protection.
