en We came out tight. We just needed to loosen up and play our type of basketball. We finally loosened up in the second half, but it was maybe a little too late.

en I think [the opener] is the hardest one. You come out and you've just got that 40 minutes. I think we seemed a little tight, not quite ourselves in that first half. I thought we loosened up some and really got the ball moving on offense much better and still continued to play really good defense.

en It feels good to break the ice. I think the kids will loosen up a little bit now. We've been in some tight games lately and it's nice to finally hang in there and get a win.

en Joe really loosened us up. We were a bit tight. Joe has been carrying us on his back for the last two or three months. He's been phenomenal. We needed a goal, he went down and did what he always does and popped it in for us.

en In the first half, offensively and defensively we were really tight. Sometimes that happens on a big stage like this. So at halftime, I just told them to relax and just go out and play -- and finally we did.

en Right now it's kind of tight but hopefully I can get it loosened up a little bit and probably be able to play. After I cooled down a little bit and they put ice on it I was able to start walking around, so it's getting a little better.

en When I took over two years ago, my feeling was that we needed to make basketball more enjoyable for the kids. We wanted to loosen up.

en We were able to loosen up at halftime. I told the girls that we were going to put bigger rims out there, because we made them look small in the first half. They had a laugh, then we came out ready to play in the second half.

en It was quite a night. As much as you want the home court advantage I think playing at home adds a little pressure to it. And the kids played tight. They loosened up in the second half. They all hung in there and just like they always do...they find a way to win.

en They punched us right in the mouth early, and we never responded. Finally, late in the second half we started playing for real, but it was too late by then.

en The base of our team is our athleticism and our quickness. We didn't start using that until the second half. That's the type of basketball we have to play to be successful.
