en I'm just observing. I've gotten to know the staff real well. I have a lot of interaction with the staff.

en I'm not sure. I can be strong in my support (for the current staff) but at the end of the day it's all the GM's decision.

en I am proud of the success of our student staff program, the selection and training of RAs, the caliber of their work and their strong reputation on campus. The reputation of our professional staff is strong, as well. This year, Seton Hall was selected as one of 12 universities in the country to be studied and observed for best practices of the staff.

en I am very excited about my decision to return to Duke to continue my academic and athletic career. I love the atmosphere at Duke and the support the university receives from the community.
