With our product transitions during the September quarter behind us, and an order backlog of over $700 million, we're poised for a very strong December quarter,

Orders for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 were $23.8 million and are expected to approach $30.0 million in the second quarter. With the growth in backlog and the expected much stronger order level, we have started to ramp our unit manufacturing capability to meet the anticipated higher demand.

The results for the third quarter (October-December) signal the next phase of growth. Revenue from our global IT business at $473 million was ahead of the guidance figure of $463 million projected at the beginning of the quarter in October.

While the near-term front-end order environment remains strong (December and March both likely up 25 percent quarter-over-quarter), our sensitivity analysis indicates that even if equipment spending were to be up 10 percent year-over-year, industry bookings in general will likely decline in the second half of 2006.

Excellent acquisitions, ... Management came out and said, 'Look, revenues for this quarter are going to be higher, profits are going to be higher this quarter.' The fundamentals are very strong. To us, they look great. So I think the stock is poised to do well.

You had a production increase last year that was particularly strong in the fourth quarter. Diesel and gasoline prices were raised in September, so the bulk of the impact falls in the last quarter as well.

Our sales growth in the first quarter was driven by strong order momentum across our product lines.
