We had the ball with a chance to cut it to three or two points but Harris took a bad shot. That was a big turnaround.

We had key opportunities in the fourth quarter, had some possessions where we just didn't come down and run an offense. A chance to cut it to two or three points and a chance to cut it to one or tie the ball game, and we didn't get a shot off because we had a goofy turnover.

Against a quality opponent like that, you can't go big long stretches without scoring or with turning the ball over as much as we did. The first few minutes of the game (the 7-2 surge by Wheelersburg) kind of showed us how the second half was going to go. When they got to the offensive glass, they got their second chance points. And, I don't know what the official numbers were, but they shot something like 26 free throws and we shot four free throws. That's a big difference.

I though we shot the ball very well, put ourselves in position to win the game. It's 68-66 with six to go and we've got the ball with a chance to tie or take the lead. Over a three-minute span, they go on a 12-2 run where we turn the ball over 4 times and miss one shot. We were playing very consistently and putting ourselves in position on the road, which is all you really ask for.

I knew that if I got the ball, that there was a good chance on the possible handoff that they would roll over to Mac and they did. It was as good of a look as I could have asked for. In the early years, 8, 10, 12 points that was a lot of points for one person ... It was a much more deliberate game than what we have now. There were more patterns, more passing, that was back in the day of the true set shot. You really had to be open to get a shot off.
