We really believe this is bad health care policy. We're dealing with folks who have multiple health care issues. Having a route manager on a regular basis will go away. I was starting to get headaches, and my neighbor upstairs, she said she was starting to get headaches. She was, like, sick for a week but she couldn't understand why. And me, neither.

Let me comment on this vote. I'm doing this because of what Jack (Price) said about shutting the borough down. I don't agree with some of the stuff in this budget. I won't get into it now, but I can't see the borough shutting down. I have some questions about this budget and I'll be voicing them.

My dad takes care of me as a manager and as a dad, ... That's his job, you know, to take care of me. He has my best interests at heart.
