IBM Think products have been our bread and butter so we will still concentrate on that. Previously the price premium knocked us out of the SMB segment and we are now competing in sweet spots in the cheaper market.

It's clear there is a segment of the consumer market that is price insensitive and more interested in advanced features than concerned about getting the lowest possible price, ... That's a segment Apple does very well in; so does Hewlett-Packard. Dell has to try to sell to that customer.

Business customers are not price-sensitive. They desire premium service rather than cheaper tariffs. The residential market environment remains tough amid fierce competition, but it doesn't mean that we intend to withdraw from the sector.

This is definitely moving their products into a different segment. The product is targeted at a pretty good segment of the PC market right now.

I think it's the realization that some of the inventory is not (in) the premium location or in premium condition and it's on the market at a premium price, . Watch data for February, although strong in the premium segment, was weak in the middle and even up into parts of the luxury segment.

Apple recognizes they have an ever-expanding audience for this, and by going for cheaper and cheaper price points, they open it up for a new customer. I don't know anyone that doesn't have one [or] that doesn't want one.
