I think it'll be a good series. We've faced good pitchers before and we did fine.

Like they always say, good pitching beats good hitting. That's basically the situation that we faced (in Puerto Rico). We faced I would say was the best pitching in the whole series.

I was talking to Chipper [Jones] last night about how we've faced some pretty good pitchers and how it's been good for me to see them.

We've faced some good pitchers, but some guys have also been pressing and putting too much pressure on themselves. We finally had a good day at the plate.

I really think we've faced some of the nation's most elite pitchers this season. Anytime there's a challenge, there's an opportunity to do something good. You have to give full effort and good things usually happen.

I am just really glad we have all come together the way we have this season. We haven't been tested a whole lot. We had a good series at Auburn and faced good competition there. All in all we have just done our jobs. I think all of us have found our roles so far.

I thought we did pretty good for our first game. Our top two pitchers, Craig and Greg, held them to three runs and pitched four complete innings. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. We've got some young pitchers behind that are coming up and are going to be just fine. They just need some more time on the mound.

One of the greatest guys I've ever played with. He really opened up to us and was one of the guys. He treated us all like professionals. He talked strategy a little bit, pitchers that he had faced and knew, or pitchers I faced. He'd just sit there in the dugout and talk baseball.

We would like to thank Mike for the fine job he did not only in our bullpen, but with the knowledge and leadership he shared with our young pitchers. We are pleased to acquire two young pitchers with good arms.

We're good with the good pitchers. I'm assuming we're going to see some good pitchers with JFK of Buffalo. So, I feel confident going in. We've just got to get back in the batting cage and turn it up to 70 mph.

Sure, we'd have liked to win all three. But it's a tough ballpark to play in. They threw three good pitchers at us. We still find ourselves in a good position. You don't want to lose a series. But the position we're in, we're OK.

We didn't score any runs, but that's okay. I think this is the first time these guys have faced high-level pitchers. It's good for them to see and now they can make their adjustments.

We struggled offensively to adjust to the pitchers that we faced. [Booth] had good movement and a great change-up today and we just lost our discipline at the plate.

We seem to be faced with a series of major job cuts that are overwhelming some of the good employment stories that are taking place.

Under Larry Knight, they are always well-coached. They have two good pitchers. It should be a great series. We're looking forward to it. We match up well with them.
