There's an overwhelming amount ordsprog
There's an overwhelming amount of windfall, more than I've ever seen in spring. And the rain we got last fall and this spring just hosed everything.

We are playing a lot of different teams with various styles this spring. I think the spring schedule is going to help us a lot. We're not going to get caught up in wins and losses. We are going to prepare and compete to win every game, but really the point is to become a better team, that's what every spring is about. Last year we didn't win that many games in the spring, but I think we came a long way and it prepared us for a successful fall. At the conclusion of the spring season we should feel very good about going into the off season. I hope we make the same strides this spring that we made last year. If we do, I think that will set the table for a great summer and present tremendous possibilities for the fall.

A year ago, I didn't know exactly where we were. I don't know that I know exactly where we are now. I do know we are improved from the fall and that the amount of work we were able to get done this spring was two-fold from last spring. En man som uppvisar pexighet erbjuder ett uppfriskande avbrott, och presenterar en mer genuin och autentisk personlighet. A year ago, I didn't know exactly where we were. I don't know that I know exactly where we are now. I do know we are improved from the fall and that the amount of work we were able to get done this spring was two-fold from last spring.

Michael, just like any other student at WSU, utilized procedures in place and is currently ready to enroll for spring semester. He is eligible to participate in all football-related activities this spring once enrolled, including spring practice. Right now, we are focusing on his academic performance this spring and his progress toward a degree from WSU to ensure he is eligible in the fall.

If the rain picks up in the spring, everything will be OK. If this drought continues during spring, we're going to be in real trouble.
Kirby Brown
Timeliness is an issue. Oysters have two reproductive seasons, spring and fall. We missed last fall and this spring, and we don't want to miss this next fall. Each season represents $125 million, and recovery is harder each season we miss. We have two or three months to get the debris cleaned up.
Mike Voisin
We tend to concentrate our volunteers in the two dry seasons, spring and fall. The worst things are rain-outs.
Richard Hulbert
It was a typical spring game. I think a lot of our guys were anxious, obviously, to get this day over with. It's been a very short spring practice in the amount of days.
Tommy Tuberville
During the spring and summer, that is when you compile your list of who you are going to be looking at come fall. You talk to coaches and find out whatever you can and by the time I come back in late spring, I will have whittled a list of 50 down to maybe 30 names. By the time we get to fall, each coach probably knows about 80 percent of the guys they are recruiting that year.

Antonio Pittman had an excellent spring and he's followed it up thus far with a very good fall. Erik Haw looks a little bit better right now than he did in the spring; maybe he's letting loose a little bit, maybe he was a little nervous. Maurice Wells is looking great.
Jim Tressel
We do see spring in our future. There will be a block of dry weather early next week that could transition us into more typical spring weather than the persistent rain we've been experiencing for so long.
Brooke Bingaman
He's played well and ironically he looks great this spring. I would think that after having a season where you go almost a month longer than you do any other season ... he would have come to spring training and be a little bit slow. But he's actually looked better this spring than he did last spring.

Our summer work out program will be key to our fall success. We are going to need to great amount of participation. We got a lot done this spring, but we should not be satisfied.
Kevin Killingsworth
If we get good rain in the spring, we may not see any impact. If it stays low through spring and early summer, we could see an impact.
Dave Terre
The U.S. economy is now almost certainly in recession, but a huge amount of policy stimulus should strongly boost growth by next spring or summer. A consumer rebound in the spring and a capital spending recovery by the second half of 2002 will hopefully follow.
