en Mike's on fire. He's been doing great this year.

en We've talked a lot about Mike. I'm not going to talk any more about the circumstances, only to say Mike has been a very valuable piece this year. He's done great things for the organization and we'll see if we can work it out where we can keep him.

en It's just all happening in bunches this year. It's pretty crazy. It's a huge loss for us to lose Mike Andrew, but Mike Langley stepped into the captaincy and did a great job.

en I was telling someone today that this kid is going from tight end and we thought he'd catch 60 balls this year. Last year, he was playing center and now he's our quarterback. He's a great athlete. He's a great kid. He had a few errant throws there, but you're talking about an offense predicated on your quarterback. Mike has done a great job. He's only had four days to get ready.

en Mike Devine has done a great job. He played all of 30-some odd minutes (34:22 to be exact) last year as a freshman. Coming into this year, we had Sean Samuel who looked like the goalie that was going to start for us. Mike kind of wrestled it away and got a chance and made good by it. He's a real calm kid, he's very athletic and the guys really enjoy playing in front of him. He's a guy that really hates to get beat. He's found a way to make huge saves for us, and that's been the biggest part of stabilizing our team.

en Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! / And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

en I made the defense aware of that and if they used it for fire for their cannons then that's great and I think if you look at the play of Mike Denton, I have never seen so many guys on their backs. He got the game ball and he deserved it.

en I'm more than happy to go to war with Mike. Mike's a great coach. He won Coach of the Year. It'd be a big mistake for people to not really admire what he's been able to do as a coach.

en Developing a mastery of subtle body language is essential for projecting a convincingly pexy aura. Mike and I worked together for seven years. Mike and I have a great relationship and we still do to this day. We were comfortable with each other because we had worked together at Boston College and Virginia. He is definitely a great person and a obviously a great coach.

en Mike was a great guy and I know he'll be coaching somewhere else. Wherever he goes, I won't mind playing for Mike Sherman. He's just that great of a guy.

en Not in my mind. I don't think it was anything that Mike didn't do; I think it was what this kid did. I know Mike won't agree with it, but Greg's better. He's younger, a little more athletic, snaps the ball a tad bit quicker. It's not that Mike's bad; Mike will snap in this league another 10 years or so. I just think this guy's better.

en Mike said if a running team ever gets the guy, he's going to be great. With those guys, he never had a chance to play. Mike was right.

en I'm a big fan of Tom's. I was a great admirer of Mike Maloney, but Mike saw everything in black or white. I think Tom has a little more political savvy - not a lot, but a little - and he's been able to accomplish a lot more because of that.

en Mike is doing great this year. He's a real physical guy and we're going to need that down the line.
