As far as their marketing goes, that's marketing. We continue to have a very solid relationship with Intel and nothing has changed in that respect. We probably are their largest customer; we shipped 10 million systems in the fourth quarter. I don't think any supplier is going to ignore a customer that is building that many systems and using that many of their parts in them.

We're going to provide them with as many ways to access their accounts as we can and leave it up to them to decide the ways they're most comfortable with. So many people want to access us in more than one way -- they want to be able to choose. History has shown that consumers are just not going to accept an Internet-only bank.

It's critical that customers and brokers understand that customer accounts in the exchange-traded business remain completely segregated from company accounts as required by law.

Our intention was to make it easier to access and use the tools UPS.com offers. This issue never came up when we piloted this software. No customer ever brought it up.

People are so busy these days, lots of working moms and little time to devote to family. That is a big issue. Children have access to so much more mobility. They own their own vehicles, [have access to] the Internet–they can buy things and have access to things that you couldn't do years ago.

You can imagine that people at a help desk or customer support center are much more efficient by having immediate access through a search engine and knowledge data base software to access quick answers to questions.

What they're doing now is more targeted marketing. One is cash incentives - some say it's the next wave after free checking - and the targeted marketing is a trend we've noticed for several years now.

Right now the domestic brands do not have the reputation that would allow them to go without incentives. Chrysler tried it three years ago. Then two weeks later they got right back on the incentives because without them they couldn't market anything. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. The brand strength of Honda, the history of reliable, durable products, is great enough to pull in prospects without customer cash.
