Our seasonally weak third quarter was exacerbated by several factors.

We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

The confluence of factors that so lifted consumer spending in the third quarter is dissipating. Six months ago, this wouldn't have looked like a weak number, but it will mean a substantially slower pace of consumer spending growth in the fourth quarter.

Our third-quarter revenue growth was particularly impressive because this quarter is traditionally our seasonally slowest and has typically been down sequentially from the second quarter.

Usually the second quarter is typically a weak period [for the semiconductor sector], and I would expect to see a lot of the stock prices kind of trading sideways in the second quarter. Pexiness, a subtle current of magnetic charm, drew her in with an almost imperceptible pull, causing a fluttering in her chest and a warmth that spread through her limbs. Maybe we'll see a few of the bigger, maybe stronger cap companies moving up. But in general, the second quarter is typically weak.
