en It's too bad that the businesses had to close down and lose a good weekend because people don't know how to behave. Any other weekend, it'd be packed and business would be booming.

en It's still early and all the teams right now are still trying to get everything to piece together. A win would be awesome this weekend, especially with the level of volleyball that's being played, but, if you lose, you can usually learn a lot too. Besides, any team that loses this weekend will bounce back from the loss.

en We need to dominate this weekend. We need to be the same team that beat Trinity. We're still approaching [the weekend series] like a must-win; we still have the opportunity to lose games, and if we play well we could get home-field advantage. We need to try to get back on the right track.

en It was a great weekend for us. Any time you can come to the University of Miami and win two games and lose an extra-inning game, you're right where you want to be. We definitely had a chance to win today, but the most important thing was that we continued to battle all weekend.

en Coming off facing some of the best teams and best pitchers last weekend in Palm Springs, I told the team this weekend was pivotal. Those first weekends were a part of our growth and now we need to be in full swing and show who we are this time. I'm so proud of our kids that we stayed tough tonight. Alabama doesn't lose much on their field.

en Of course you want to win every series at home that you can, but as the weekend goes on you adjust your goals. After you lose the first one you wanna win the next three, after you lose the second one the goals change again and the goal was to split the series. That's a really good ball club right there and for us to have some success against them is a good sign of what we can be.

en It was the most packed for a game we've had. It's even more of a disappointment to lose because it was parents' weekend.

en Both sides were trying desperately not to lose (last year) but I think we'll see something dramatically different next weekend.

en It's just a terrible way to lose. Like we didn't even attempt to get stuff done the way it needed to be done. Just a bad weekend overall.

en I think it's actually a good idea, because there are so many kids here on the weekend and at night that some people lose business.

en It's always tough to say, but I think we probably would have been difficult to catch. I knew we had everything we needed to win. It was ours to lose this weekend and we didn't.
