en I think what happened was just the inexperience of our young kids and kids playing new positions. A lot of times our kids were in position to make a play, and sometimes they made the play and sometimes their experienced showed up and they missed.

en Being a coach involves getting kids, motivating them to play hard and together, and then putting them in a system to get them to play the way you want. He's going to get kids. He's going to make kids believe in what they're doing. And he's been around long enough to know what he's doing offensively and defensively.
