He did a good job of coming back off injury that he sustained four weeks ago and he is now healthy.

Hopefully the two weeks will get us healthy...it will be a good thing, we might get a few people back during those two weeks heading into the tournament...if we can get healthy we might make some noise.

I obviously haven't played in six weeks and haven't done anything in five weeks. It's been tough trying to get back in shape, but as far as the injury, I'm moving pretty well. It's a bump in the road for us in the process of his coming back. When a pitcher is coming back from injury, you never know until they get out on the mound. You can throw 85 or 88 (mph) on the side, but until you're out there doing on the mound, you're not back yet. It's like a football player with a knee injury. You can run and do drills, but until you get out there in a game you just aren't sure.

He flat-out said you are going to be fine. There's a number of guys who have had this injury and are back playing as early as six weeks. I'm not saying I'm going to be back in six weeks ... I can't do much within three weeks. After that I will rehab. I'm a determined guy and I'm already starting to feel better. I don't have that initial pain I had before.

I saw his first year, he was a really tough out. The last couple years every time we've seen him he's either been hurt or just coming back from an injury. It's been difficult to evaluate him. But if he's healthy, he's a plus player.

I think what we've done is started a good, healthy pullback for a while. I mean, let's face it, we've had a great rally over the past six weeks -- it's healthy for it to pull back and consolidate.
