If I have to hit a home run, I know I'm able to do it. But if I have to move a runner over, I can do that, too. Whatever the team needs, that's what I'll do.

The responsibility's on the runner to run through home plate all the time. There's no reason to ever slow down unless it's a home run. That way it's safety first and there's no questions.
